Hi, friends! It has been a VERY busy year. Getting Ghost Writing, and now Ghosts of Christmas Presents, through the editing and publishing processes has required patience that I didn't think I had. Being here on the other side might just be the best feeling ever, though!
There's a lot on the horizon for my books in 2026, too! I'll be making an announcement soon about my WIP, which is due for publication mid-to-late winter next year. Stay tuned!
I can't thank you all enough for your support. It's been such a joy to get to know you and talk about our TBRs on social media (especially Instagram), and I appreciate everyone who has subscribed to my email list.
If you're new here, I figured I should give a little more backstory about my books. Ghost Writing is my debut novel, and it launched on October 13, 2025. It was a labor of love, but it felt like very little labor at all. From the moment I sat down to write the book, the words poured out of me like they'd been waiting to be shared for years.
Curious if Ghost Writing is right for you? Here's the official synopsis:
Callie Sheffield dreams of being a novelist, but for now, she’s stuck ghostwriting other people’s stories. Her latest project is a finance book for the boss of her long-time boyfriend, Thomas. Their relationship is safe but stagnant, and with every passing day, Callie feels her own ambitions slipping further out of reach.
To carve out some time away from Thomas, Callie takes her laptop to the local library, where she meets Will Pearson, a plaid-shirted library clerk with messy hair, a secret tattoo, and the effortless charm of a millennial heartthrob (think Pacey Witter). Will makes it impossible for Callie to ignore what she’s been missing—but the deeper their connection grows, the more she realizes he has secrets that could upend everything.
With Will’s encouragement and the quiet inspiration of her beloved great-aunt Esperanza, Callie begins to imagine a life where she writes her own story rather than someone else’s. But when tragedy strikes, she’s hit with the bittersweet reminder that love and loss often walk hand in hand.
Full of millennial nostalgia—Clueless references, 90s music, and late-night Gilmore Girls marathons—Ghost Writing is a cozy, slow-burn romance with just the right amount of heat and plenty of heart.
If this sounds like something you're interested in, I'd encourage you to check out reviews on Amazon or Goodreads. The novel is available on Kindle Unlimited, so if you have an account, you can even read it for free!
When you're done, definitely check out the follow-up novella, Ghosts of Christmas Presents. It's a super-cozy Christmas sequel that picks up about 16 months after Ghost Writing concludes. I hope you love them both!
If you'd like to keep in touch, don't hesitate to subscribe to my email list or follow me on social media (Facebook and Instagram right now; hoping to do more on TikTok in 2026). You can also check out my Amazon author page or Goodreads author page, if you're so. inclined.
Thanks for being here! I am so grateful to get to do what I love, and my readers make that possible!
